 Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.  Once a customer makes a purchase on your online store that’s connected to Printful, our shipping carrier partners will deliver your products. We partner with all the major ecommerce logistics companies, notably USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Canada Post, Australia Post, and Royal Mail. But to ensure better shipping times, we also collaborate with many smaller regional shipping carriers, for example, Latvijas Pasts ( Latvia Post), to ship orders that we produce in our facilities in Latvia.
